 "I am an emerging artist and was included in Bluethumb's 2024 "Top emerging women artists" curation and "Notable seascape artists of 2024" curation . I take inspiration from the coastal landscape around Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, as well as more diverse landscape from travels across Australia. I love to paint expressively and sometimes abstractly to capture the feeling, colour and detail of locations. My work includes a range of media, including acrylics, watercolour and printmaking. While I have no formal art education, , I have expanded my art education through many classes, online and in person, and through intensive art experiences , with guidance and mentoring from many fabulous artists. In February 2025 I retired from a long professional career working in research in the area of family studies."
