Shipping & Returns
Welcome to our online store!
You can purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal. Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that your order and payment have been received. All prices are in Australian dollars and inc 10% GST.
We are also happy to process your order manually and can take orders over the phone on 0407 281 865 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card.
We offer a flat rate (Australia wide - 2-8 days) of $14. This includes tracking and a signature on delivery so your items can make it to you safely.
We offer express shipping (Australia wide - 1 - 4 days) for $18. This also includes tracking and a signature on delivery.
Art products are shipped for $35 as additional care and packaging are needed to keep these products safe.

We will pack your order quickly and get your purchase sent out to you within 8-10 working days but please be aware that freight times can sometimes vary.
NOTE: We currently only ship within Australia.
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you and you have a ‘change of mind’, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note.
*This excludes all sale items and earrings.
Please contact us via email, or phone within 10 working days of your purchase and we will happily help you. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
For ‘change of mind’ shipping charges will be the customers’ responsibility. We require any returned items to be in perfect, unused condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. Please send via Australia post. We recommend you use registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
In the situation where the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve the problem promptly. We will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.h
In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds or credit notes are processed once the original item has been returned to us.
