She finds unintended design in the landscape, glimpses that usually go unnoticed and 'allude to the unspoken' and interprets these ideas into quiet but strong images in tightly framed compositions. The works are colourful, textural and contemporary. Gayle has exhibited in Apollo Bay and surrounding areas as well as Melbourne with many works in private collections both in Australia and overseas.
