Alison studied Fine Art at RMIT and completed a Dip Ed at Melbourne University.  She had some of her earlier works developed into prints working through the Australian Print Workshop.  Her work is often figurative with evidence of her strong commitment to the environment, working in a variety of media that includes printmaking, painting and 3D textile work.
